The Devil's Food Drive

Fall 2023

DFD Logo.png

This fall we're tackling food insecurity in our community with The Devil's Food Drive. We're partnering with Bar Nun and will have drop boxes for your donations throughout the state from now until the end of October.

Food insecurity is an issue throughout America, and Colorado is no exception to this problem. In addition to the needs of Coloradans in hard times, many states are pushing residents out with draconian policies hostile to their bodily autonomy, which drives people to seek haven here. With your help we hope to ensure both old and new neighbors are taken care of and that other states' cruelty doesn't overburden our support networks.

We're setting up the usual infrastructure, but we're depending on contributors like you to make this drive a success. In addition to our wish lists on Amazon and Target, we're accepting cash donations via Paypal and will soon launch a limited run of merch–all proceeds will be donated.

Before we dig into the details, huge thanks to this year's partners on this drive. Bar Nun has been a great coconspirator already and will be playing a huge part in safely storing your online contributions throughout the drive.

Special Thanks

The Satanic Temple Colorado is pleased to work in partnership with our friends at Bar Nun! They have been instrumental in this drive's conception and execution.

Not only are they taking on the challenge of storing your donations safely for the duration of the drive, they're hosting us for a thrilling Wrap Party on November 11th including live performances, amazing food and drinks, and well-cultivated vibes. We'll have the whole restaurant reserved for the party, and your cash or food donation gains you entry at the door.

Rainbow Circles

Our organization is just beginning to take root! Please support us as we build something beautiful and create a safe space for LGBTQIA+ children, adolescents, and families in Northern Colorado. While we are not legally a non-profit organization due to federal regulations against non-profits lobbying for their political interests (which is very important in our line of work), we are a non-profit organization in practice. Any help is greatly appreciated so we can bring affordable and accessible care to our community.

The Rainbow Circles is looking to build a free food pantry and is actively seeking donations of non-perishable food items for our community food pantry.
